v Offering to Sri Venkateswara E-Hundi: Any devotee across the globe can contribute to Srivari Hundi through the internet and the offering made will be acknowledged over the net and a receipt can be got printed by the devotee. The offerings are subject to the devotee's credit card ceilings.
v Seva booking as "E-Seva" and accommodation booking as "E-accommodation":
v Any devotee can book the following sevas and accommodation through the Internet and a receipt for the same will be issued over the net, which can be printed by the devotee.
v However the devotee has to declare his identity through a driving licence/passport/voter's identity card/PAN card.
v The devotee has to approach Sri Padmavathi Guest house reception office on the specified date with his identity to obtain accommodation and to obtain the seva ticket by surrendering the internet receipt.
Procedure for booking
v The devotee has to access the above services through e-booking logo on the home page of the TTD's website www.tirumala.org
v On the next page all the above services are listed and one can choose the appropriate category and furnish the details. Once the required details are furnished the link will take to the Citibank payment gateway for processing the payment.
v On the Citibank payment gateway the request will be processed. On successful completion of the transaction it will lead to TTD's site again wherein the official receipt will be available on the net, which can be printed by the devotee.
v The entire transaction will be made through the 128-bit SSL for security purpose.
v Only a limited number of seva tickets are available daily under this facility.
Acommodation booking as
e-accommodation
Category of accommodation available on the Internet:
v Rs. 100/- category two-bedded room with attached toilet -100 rooms per day.
v Rs. 750/- category two-bedded A/C room with attached toilet - 10 rooms per day.
v On arrival if higher rental accommodation is available or required the difference can be paid by cash or through credit card.
v Banks at Tirumala under the supervision of TTD extend ATM & CREDIT CARD facilities.
